Rokhand Gharavi is the CEO and co-founder of the Owrang Institute of Arts and Culture. With decades of experience as a television producer and editor, she has been a central figure in Persian-language media and cultural production.
She is the founder of Rokhandfilm, a media production company, and served as Editor-in-Chief of Hava-ye Zaman magazine. Her collaboration with Sadegh Hatefi spans over 30 years, during which they co-produced television series, staged theatrical productions, and organized major Iranian cultural events — including the research series Hadis-e-Qand-e-Parsi (2000–2003).
At Owrang Institute, Rokhand serves as Production Manager and oversees all visual and technical operations — designing every poster, editing every video, photographing every production, and managing the full technical and logistical execution of all events and performances.
